Job Role:
As a Pilates Program Leader, you will spearhead the growth and execution of our Pilates programs across all clubs. This role involves strategic planning, instructor management, and program development to ensure that FIT HUB’s Pilates offerings are of the highest quality and align with member needs. You will also serve as a leader and mentor to instructors, driving performance and engagement.
Job Description:
- Class Performance Evaluation: Monitor class attendance rates (AWK), analyze performance metrics, and optimize class schedules across clubs.
- Instructor Management: Manage and oversee instructor auditions, onboarding, and periodic evaluations (full-time and freelance). Regularly review performance and maintain a scoreboard for tracking.
- Program Development: Design and implement signature Pilates programs and ensure they are tailored to members' needs. Lead the periodic refreshment of training programs.
- Instructor Training: Provide ongoing training to personal trainers (PT) and freelance instructors, ensuring consistent quality and skill enhancement.
- Schedule Optimization: Develop and adapt GX (Group Exercise) timetables to align with class demand and instructor availability.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Group Fitness Lead, Pilates Program Leader, or a similar role in the Pilates or Group Exercise field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Pilates instructor.
- Hold a valid and recent Pilates certification (any apparatus).
- Proven experience in developing and evaluating signature fitness programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the Google Workspace ecosystem (Docs, Sheets, etc).
