Job Description
- Answer and connect incoming calls to departments or guest rooms in a courteous manner.
- Provide information regarding hotel facilities, restaurants, and other services to guests.
- Record and forward guest requests to the relevant departments.
- Receive and relay guest complaints to the appropriate parties for follow-up.
- Operate the hotel telephone system (PABX/operator) and record messages.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Deliver friendly and professional service in accordance with hotel standards.
Requirements
- Able to communicate in English and there will be an English conversation test as part of the recruitment process
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Operator / Telephone Operator in a hotel
- Strong guest service skills with a professional demeanor
- Placement: Client is a 5-star hotel in the Pecenongan area – Central Jakarta
