Job Description
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, processing reservations and bulk orders, and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate will enhance customer experience and satisfaction by contributing to a positive brand image.
Job Descriptions:
1. Customer Interaction Management:
- Respond promptly to all incoming WhatsApp messages related to inquiries about menu items, promotions, locations, and other general information.
- Provide accurate information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Complaint Resolution:
- Address customer complaints effectively by understanding their concerns and providing appropriate solutions or compensations.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary while maintaining communication with the customer until resolution.
3. Reservation and Order Processing:
- Manage reservations for dining experiences across all restaurant locations.
- Coordinate bulk orders efficiently by liaising with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
4. Marketing Support Activities:
- Assist the marketing team with promotional campaigns by disseminating information through broadcasts channel or direct messages.
- Gather feedback from customers on new promotions or services offered.
5. Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Prepare regular reports on common inquiries/complaints trends that can help improve service quality.
Requirements
Requirements:
1. Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in any related field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in guest relations/customer service roles within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
2. Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with empathy towards customers' needs.
- Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency using messaging apps (e.g.,WhatsApp Business) along CRM systems/tools
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
4. Personal Attributes:
- Friendly approachable demeanor capable of building rapport quickly over text-based communications
- Detail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy every interaction
5. Work Arrangement:
- Full Work From Office (WFO), Monday to Friday during office hours.
