Job Description
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by doing independent data extraction and analysis together with the Data team
- Proactively gather consumer insights through surveys, together with Product and Marketing team
- Lead and manage demand generation initiatives in the B2B space, including experiments to test new creative ideas and strategies
- Execute growth strategies hands-on (e.g set campaigns on MoEngage / Hubspot independently) and take ownership of planning and implementation to ensure successful outcomes
- Optimize existing Growth Loops (e.g Referral, SEO, etc) to grow Jack’s user base sustainably
- Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to align growth efforts with overall business goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as funnel conversion rates, retention rate, and LTV/CAC ratio.
- Managed team OKR and ensured its achievement through excellent planning and execution within deadlines
- Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team based on data-driven insights
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the team.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a growth manager, preferably within a high-growth B2B company/startup.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sustainable growth for B2B companies/startups.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in growth and marketing tools such as Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Metabase, and marketing automation / CRM platforms such as Hubspot, MoEngage, or Clevertap.
- Proficient in using SQL to extract data from databases for analysis purposes (PostgreSQL, BigQuery etc)
- Experience with running proper A/B testing and statistical tests.
- Expertise in using Python will be a plus point
- Experience in optimizing SEO, and content marketing campaigns will be a plus point
- Experience in managing Referrals and Affiliate is a plus point.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
