Job Description
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics across acquisition channels, experiment projects, and campaigns. Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and growth strategies.
- Growth Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of strategies that accelerate customer acquisition.
- Forecasting & Projections: Develop growth forecasts/model/prediction to drive business planning.
- Working closely with Data, Product, CRM, and Marketing teams: to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, growth, data analysis, or related fields within a high-growth company, preferably in tech or digital businesses (e.g., OTT, e-commerce, or subscription-based services).
