Job Description
- Leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing business plan to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to develop strategic decision-making, identify opportunities and product differentiations.
- Developing and managing marketing budgets, timelines, and resources allocation to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage several cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify and track relevant performance indicators to ensure alignment with company goals and make recommendations on possible improvement opportunities.
- Leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess minimum a bachelor’s degree, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or Science.
- At least 5 years(s) of working experience in a Pharmaceutical company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English both, written and spoken.
- Willing to travel domestic and International.
