Job Description
- Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple product lines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver impactful product releases.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Ensure consistency in product standards, documentation, and processes across teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Align product strategy with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Facilitate product discovery processes, including user research and validation.
- Represent the product team in executive-level discussions and strategic planning sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement in product management practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2–3 years leading multiple Product Managers or squads.
- Proven experience managing multiple product lines or product teams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (discovery, development, launch, iteration).
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (engineering, design, marketing, business).
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Experience with product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
