Job Description
1. Digital Advertising Materials
- Design and produce visual assets for digital advertising formats including static banners, animated banners, display ads, and other promotional online media.
2. Sponsorship & Live Stream Design
- Create custom visuals for sponsorship campaigns and live-stream ad placements such as overlays, backgrounds, bumpers, and interactive visual elements.
3. Social Media Content
- Develop engaging graphics, feed posts, thumbnails, and stories for company social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, and more).
4. Video Production & Editing
- Perform end-to-end video editing, including color correction, motion graphics, simple sound mixing, and final rendering for promotional videos and event aftermovies.
5. Print & On-Ground Materials
- Design physical and event-related materials such as backdrops, signage, merchandise, and other event branding elements.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Project Managers to translate commercial strategies into impactful visual executions.
Requirements
Technical Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop – image editing, retouching, composition.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator – vector design, illustration, digital assets.
- Skilled in Adobe After Effects – basic motion graphics and visual effects.
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro – professional video editing.
- Familiar with Adobe Animate or similar 2D animation tools.
- Plus point: Experience with Google Web Designer or other interactive digital design tools.
