Job Description
- Support the Creative team in developing visual assets for corporate and employer branding initiatives.
- Design engaging materials for digital platforms, social media, and recruitment-related content in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Adapt and optimise visual content across formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development for employer branding and corporate storytelling initiatives.
Requirements
- Pursue or hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field, or demonstrate strong design and motion skills from another major.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other design software is a plus.
- Show creativity, strong attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
- Provide a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and design work.
- Based in the Greater Jakarta area and able to work from SIRCLO HQ in BSD, Tangerang at least twice a week.
