Job Description
- Create engaging visual designs that are consistent with the company brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone).
- Develop visual materials for internal communication needs such as HR announcements, birthday greetings, employee recognition, and policy updates.
- Support design needs across various stakeholders and departments.
- Assist the internal creative/design team of Wilopo Cargo on multiple visual and branding projects.
- Deliver design projects accurately and within the assigned deadlines.
- Ensure all visual assets maintain a high standard of quality and brand alignment.
Requirements
- Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Open to other majors with relevant design portfolio and strong interest in visual design.
- Proficient in design tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom) and Canva
- Strong creativity, communication skills, and willingness to receive and apply feedback.
- Able to propose fresh and innovative visual ideas aligned with branding direction.
- Capable of adapting quickly, managing priorities, and working under tight deadlines.
- Work From Office (WFO) at PIK 2, North Jakarta.
- Portfolio submission is required.
