Job Description
- Develop and implement a cohesive design strategy that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials that meeting the company's standards for quality and creativity
- Translate marketing objectives into strategic initiatives and manage the creative process from concept to completion.
- Work on projects from ideation and exploration through implementation cross functional teams both within and outside the organization.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to understand design needs and objectives that help drive engagement to the brands.
- Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage all artworks that represent brands and marketing materials to align with the targeted identity and convey the accurate key messages to customers.
- Design graphic concepts, assets, and visual treatments for various sale channels including own website,E-marketplaces offline marketing materials, etc.
- Co-create initial concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes for business development initiatives e.g. sales pitches.
- Monitor overall brand images to enhance good customer experience via brand elements and touchpoints at offline branches and future online user interfaces.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Graphic Designer roles, with a strong portfolio to develop a brand visual identity.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Familiar with all the design tools (example: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, Sketch)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Highly independent, hands-on, and entrepreneurial, able to work in a VUCA environment.
- Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
- Experience in an E-Commerce/Tech Start-Ups is a plus.
- Pet lover is a plus 😊
