Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team! As a Graphic Designer at Natuno, you will collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers and project managers to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs for a variety of digital products as well as our content marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team and Marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute value from the visual design perspective.
- Develop visual elements such as icons, illustrations, and brand elements that align with user experience goals.
- Develop visual elements for marketing content, including social media graphics.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Ensure consistency in designs across accordance to our brand guideline various digital platforms.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Revise designs based on feedback and iterate until project objectives are met.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in UI/UX design.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timelines and project goals are met.
Requirements
- A mid graphic designer with min. 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work.
- Able to work independently and is a reliable teammate even in a remote working setting
- A problem solver at heart and a detail-oriented executor. Have a growth mindset, open for new learnings with a high learning curve that challenges you to work outside your comfort zone.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of design software and technologies (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environments, context switching, and excited to drive the projects forwards.
- A team player that is collaborative, and proactive, and has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that iterates on weekly or monthly cycles. A proactive, solution-oriented person who is proactive and willing to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, or related field (optional)Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- An organized designer that always documents their work.
