Graphic Designer

Operations

• To interpret the school business needs and develop a concept to suit the purpose 
• To develop design by gathering information and data through research together with the Marketing Supervisor and Commercial Head (flyers, brochures, banners.) according to the schools’ need 
• To use innovation to redefine a design within the constraints of cost and time 
• To develop interactive design 
• To work with Marketing Supervisor and Commercial Head to design school merchandise (School envelopes, letter head.) 
• To work with Purchasing Staff to deal with design approval with the vendors or suppliers 

Web Design 

• To concept school interactive web designs, maintain it and update on a regular basis 
• To design content for Facebook and other social media together with Marketing 
• Supervisor and Commercial Head 

Supporting

• To design promotional units’ or schools’ events with the approval of Unit Heads/ Principals 
• To design and process employee cards (with HC) and students card (with academic/ Head of School) 
• To file/document all school activities for promotional use 

Miscellaneous

• To do other related matters as appointed by the supervisor. 

Authority

• In charge of all designs for promotional use, marketing events and schools’ events with the approval from each Unit Heads 
• In charge of filing and documenting promotional pictures and videos for future needs
