Job Description
Hi! We’re PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the sole distributor of K18 and ghd in Indonesia.
We are currently looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will join the PMI Haircare team and be employed under PT Cel Dev Mulia.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts based on briefs from supervisors or internal stakeholders, aligned with the company’s business and branding needs.
- Create and execute visual design materials for various company purposes, including but not limited to branding, marketing, promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, e-commerce, and event-related materials, both digital and non-digital.
- Ensure all design outputs consistently follow brand guidelines and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to understand design requirements and translate business or marketing objectives into effective visual communication.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in graphic design and creative software, including but not limited to Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, layout, balance, composition, and proportion.
- Strong visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts, briefs, and key messages into effective visual outputs.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively within deadlines.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
