Job Description
- Design and produce visual materials for digital channels (social media, website, email marketing, mobile apps, and digital advertising).
- Create print materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, posters, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Corporate Communication teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Support internal communication initiatives through visual storytelling and engaging design.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns, branding initiatives, and user engagement strategies.
- Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with vendors or printers when necessary.
- Stay updated with design trends, especially in digital banking and financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in banking, financial services, or corporate environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with branding guidelines and corporate identity standards.
- Creative, innovative, and able to translate business needs into effective visual communication.
