Job Description
- Analyze project briefs, clarify objectives, and develop creative design concepts.
- Design and produce visual assets (both motion and static) for eCommerce, offline activations, social media, and point-of-purchase (POP) displays.
- Manage deadlines efficiently and organize multimedia assets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and actively seek feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide clear progress updates.
Requirements
- Adaptive, creative, and a strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, maximum age: 26 years.
- Design experience required (personal projects are acceptable). A portfolio is a must.
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Suite) with a solid understanding of basic design theory.
- A genuine passion for design with a keen eye for aesthetics and great taste.
- Possessing good command of written English.
- Comfortable working on both macOS and Windows.
- Familiarity with AI-related tools, especially in the design field, is a plus.
