Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualise and execute visually stunning designs
- Interpret briefs and translate requirements into polished, impactful designs
- Ensure design consistency and brand integrity across all deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of your work
- Review designs for errors before they are printed or published
- Study and follow the existing company branding guidelines.
- Update content and portfolios on the website and social media to support online sales and promote the company's brand in a user-friendly and attractive manner.
- Research and provide reports on the latest digital marketing trends to the Creative Directors on a monthly basis.
- Lead and direct a team of junior graphic designers in completing tasks.
- Prepare reports, plans, and present various design options, ideas, and concepts to the Creative Directors to ensure the graphic team's targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Animation, or a related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Solid experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong skills in layout design and typography.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for design accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and effective time management.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in photography, video production, and motion graphics tools is a strong advantage.
- Experience in creating marketing collaterals and developing visual concepts.
