Job Description
- Manage overall creative workflow to meet the target due date and deliver quality outputs
- Establish a quality control process for the design team, ensuring consistency across all projects
- Develop and implement a master visual design that aligns with the company's identity
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and layouts, then present ideas to stakeholder
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and following brand guideline
- Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas
- Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to the design team to foster continuous improvement.
- Provide art direction and visual guidance to ensure design excellence aligned with the brand vision.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and content to deliver integrated creative solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in creative direction, graphic design lead, or a related field
- Experience in the technology company, retail industry, and related background are a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design projects
- Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear creative direction
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to think strategically and execute design solutions that align with business objectives
