Job Description
1. Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, initiate, and formalize partnerships with government ministries, agencies, and associations.
- Develop proposals for joint initiatives such as conferences, training programs, or national campaigns.
- Negotiate partnership frameworks, MoUs, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Maintain active engagement with association secretariats, steering committees, and policy working groups.
2. Policy Engagement & Advocacy Support
- Monitor policy and regulatory trends related to cybersecurity, data protection, and digital economy.
- Draft policy insight reports and talking points for leadership participation in government or association forums.
- Support the company’s participation in national task forces or regulatory consultations.
- Coordinate with external consultants, think tanks, or associations for advocacy programs.
3. Program Execution & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end implementation of co-branded or joint projects with public partners.
- Ensure deliverables, milestones, and communications align with company standards and partner expectations.
- Oversee project documentation, publicity materials, and after-action reports.
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, and operations teams for cross-functional alignment.
4. Internal Alignment & Reporting
- Provide weekly partnership updates and opportunity assessments to the Head of Communications.
- Coordinate internal briefings before and after key government or association meetings.
- Maintain a centralized “Partnership Tracker” to monitor all active initiatives and timelines.
- Present monthly summary reports and quarterly policy opportunity dashboards to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 new partnerships or co-initiatives with government or associations, Quarterly.
- Actionable quarterly brief highlighting regulatory or policy trends.
- Active company representation in relevant national or regional policy forums.
- Standardized internal reporting cadence and transparent project visibility.
- Enhanced reputation as a trusted partner in cybersecurity and digital governance ecosystems.
