Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Create customized training materials, quick-reference guides, and video tutorials
- Conduct engaging live training sessions, both in-person and via video conference
- Evaluate current team digital literacy to design targeted beginner and advanced tracks
- Stay updated on new Google Workspace rollouts and proactively train teams on updates
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback surveys and adoption metrics
Requirements
Person We Are Looking For:
- Hold a Google Cloud Certified Professional Workspace Administrator or Google Certified Trainer status (optional but plus point)
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technical training to diverse corporate audiences
- Deep technical knowledge of (All Google Workspace Module) Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites incl. Gemini AI
- Strong understanding of Google Admin Console configurations, sharing permissions, and security
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex tech simply
- Proven experience guiding non-technical users through corporate software migrations
- Contract 6 months
- Full WFO at Wisma 46, Jakarta Pusat
