Job Description
- Develop Communication Strategy - Transform marketing strategy into an engaging and captivating communication plan, ensuring the delivery of the intended message in a manner that resonates deeply with the audience in Indonesia
- Assess and enhance the user journey for all user cohorts, including new, existing, and churned users - Develop a targeted communication strategy tailored to refine each user's experience within their respective journey, ultimately boosting conversion rates across all funnels.
- Be Curious - Continuously inquire "why" when analyzing internal data and consumer insights, aiming to unearth the fundamental drivers behind consumer behavior. Utilize these insights to refine and enhance the communication strategy and plan effectively.
- Active Learner - Design testing and experimenting with communication across multiple channels and media to ensure a desired final output.
- Working with multiple stakeholders - Working closely, presenting and discussing ideas with different stakeholders from different teams, collaborating with compassion.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in brand or product management fields
- A strategic and problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents.
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate, transform, and embrace changes skillfully. Open to new challenges and are excited to explore them
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing) is a must
- A keen eye on noticing new trends in marketing, design, social media, and content creation world.
