Job Description
- Support data analysis for B2B solutions and integrated business initiatives
- Assist in building dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for internal and client use
- Analyze campaign and business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Conduct competitor and market analysis (products, pricing, positioning, messaging, formats)
- Monitor industry trends and compile competitive intelligence decks
- Translate complex data into clear, persuasive business storytelling
- Assist in developing Go-To-Market (GTM) materials and solution one-pagers
- Develop and manage B2B content
- Support end-to-end B2B event execution
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions
- Maintain organized documentation for insights, benchmarks, and learnings
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in data analysis, B2B solutions, and business strategy
- Basic understanding of data concepts (metrics, KPIs, dashboards, performance analysis)
- Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
- Able to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations
- Interest in B2B commercial solutions, integrated campaigns, or media/tech ecosystem is a plus
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (able to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with numbers
- Proactive, fast learner, and able to work in a cross-functional team
- Basic presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
