  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies and validate product-market fit for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Lead the entire launch process (product, services, clinic channels), including timeline creation, budget optimization, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Identify key differentiating features of upcoming products and develop compelling market positioning that highlights unique value propositions and meets target customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Innovation, Channel Development, and other related functions to synchronize all aspects of the product launch and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks and challenges.
  • Oversee and manage the product launch timeline, ensuring all milestones are met and the product enters the market at the optimal time.
  • Assign and coordinate tasks across departments to ensure efficient execution of the launch plan, holding teams accountable to timelines and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation through evaluations of past launches, guiding changes to achieve better results in future product introductions.
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment with all stakeholders throughout the launch process.

Requirements

Does it match your criteria?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Go-to-Market management.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of competitive market landscapes.
  • Proficient in data literacy, strategic planning, market research, product development, and channel development.
