Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property or portfolio of properties.
- Ensure properties are maintained in good condition, meeting safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting for the properties.
- Handle leasing, rent collection, tenant inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for property repairs and upgrades.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on local property market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and environmental regulations
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Masterโs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar qualification may be preferred for senior roles.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience in managing a team, operations, budgeting, and overseeing large property portfolios.
- Experience in leasing, tenant relations, facility management, and property acquisition/disposition.
- Ability to lead a team, make strategic decisions, and manage property managers, staff, and contractors.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with building maintenance, compliance with local laws, tenant management, and facility operations.
- Ability to build relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with a wide range of stakeholders (tenants, employees, vendors, etc.).
