Job Description

  • Generate, organize, and verify documents from clients for visa applications.
  • Maintain and manage digital and physical records for accessibility and accuracy.
  • Ensure all documents comply with specific visa application requirements.
  • Assist in preparing visa application.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows for data and documentation.
  • Support general administrative tasks and team operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Familiarity with document handling is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
