General Affairs Lead

Job Description

• Manage office facilities and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing documents, managing office supplies, and coordinating office equipment maintenance.
• Oversee company assets, including insurance list, inventory tracking, record maintenance, and regular audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Manage company vehicles, including scheduling, drivers, service & maintenance, and insurance.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor renovation/construction projects within the company
• Monitor office expenses and prepare expense reports.
• Liaise with Finance, Accounting & Tax, and Procurement departments for GA purchase and asset maintenance processes.
• Create and maintain the company asset system, ensuring the list is up to date.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet their general affairs needs.
