Job Description
- Assist with vendor invoice processing, including scanning and organizing supporting documents.
- Handle petty cash requests and settlements for apartment-related needs, office/pantry supplies, internal events, and decorations.
- Track and follow up on facility-related issues, such as air conditioning, electrical problems, and cleanliness.
- Support administrative tasks, including document filing, scanning, and archiving (e.g., delivery letters, contracts, and receipts).
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of pantry and office supplies (ATK), ensuring timely restocking.
Requirements
- Last year student or fresh graduate from University. Preferably from Business Administration, Management, or Secretarial studies.
- Adequate proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in learning.
- Willing to work from the office and assist with basic on-site errands as needed.
