Job Description

  • Manage General Affairs & Procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee general administrative functions, including office management and facilities coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and general affairs.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for procurement-related expenditures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or general affairs, preferably in the media or technology industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft & Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
