Job Description

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets including procurement and inventory
  • Handle routine payments (property tax, utilities, vehicle tax, insurance)
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports for all general affairs expenses
  • Coordinate with external vendors and negotiate service agreements
  • Ensure office facilities and equipment meet safety and company standards

Requirements

  • SMK or Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years experience in General Affairs
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities
