Job Description
- Coordinate with procurement teams and building management for any required repairs, maintenance, or renovation projects.
- Manage fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel tracking for company vehicles (cars, motorcycles, buses).
- Supervise drivers and external partners, assign daily tasks, and track overtime and commission paymentsaccurately.
- Maintain and monitor company assets such as laptops, equipment, and inventory—ensuring proper documentation and usage.
- Handle all matters related to insurance, including health coverage for employees and insurance for buildings and vehicles—from evaluating suitable policies and handling renewals to coordinating claims with providers.
- Support the planning and execution of company events such as employee gatherings, meetings, and internal activations.
- Keep organized records and reports related to operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure GA services run effectively and support business operations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in General Affairs or a similar operational role.
- Solid knowledge of building, asset, and fleet management.
- Experience managing drivers, including task delegation and compensation tracking.
- Familiar with insurance administration and claim handling processes.
- Strong coordination skills with external parties (vendors, building management, insurance).
- Well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard reporting tools.
- Comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with multiple departments.
- Experience supporting internal events or office operations is a plus.
