You are expected to be able to:
- Maintain the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Conduct salary offering and negotiation with potential hires
- Create and manage contract documents for new and existing employees
- Monitor employee contracts and ensure timely renewals or terminations
- Work closely with HR to ensure seamless processes from recruitment to offboarding and support finance departments with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards
- Handle general office correspondence and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Psychology, Communication, Management, or any related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general affairs, human resources, legal or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English
- Familiar with management tools such as Google Workspace and any other related tools
- Willing to work in a dynamic environment and slight resource
- Willing to do Work From Office (our office is located in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan)
