Job Description
- Oversee routine office maintenance (air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, cleaning, and waste management).
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs, office layout changes, and workspace enhancements.
- Manage office supplies procurement, inventory, and distribution.
- Ensure the office environment adheres to safety and health standards.
- Plan and implement minor renovations or improvements to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Track maintenance costs and negotiate service contracts for better cost efficiency.
- Respond promptly to facility-related requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) is required, preferably in Information Systems.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a General Affairs (GA) Staff.
- Proficiency in Google Sheet.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on electronic devices (e.g., laptops, PCs).
- Familiarity with internet networks and office networking is an advantage.
- Knowledge of building structures, civil engineering, and basic renovation methods is an advantage.
- Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and professional attitude in the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and focus in task execution.
- Agile, disciplined, and well-organized.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work with integrity.
