Job Description
- Manage and maintain company assets.
- Handle employees’ business travel arrangements.
- Monitor and control the General Affairs budget expenditures.
- Procure goods, facilities, and equipment to support employees and office activities.
- Prepare and submit reports related to GA activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Have 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs/office management (preferred).
- Knowledge of asset management, procurement, and budgeting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
