Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and management of documents related to General Affairs operations.
- Support the submission and processing of purchase orders for goods and services.
- Input and maintain accurate purchase history records using the Accurate system.
- Coordinate and manage driver schedules and transportation bookings to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in a related field are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer insightful suggestions.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle tasks efficiently.
- Fully on-site working at Cipondoh, Tangerang office.
- Preferable domicile in West Jakarta or Tangerang area.
