Job Description
- Manage daily General Affairs, studio facilities, equipment, and operational needs to ensure smooth livestream operations.
- Handle procurement and purchasing, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Maintain studio assets and inventory, and coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, installation, and facility improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and service providers to support operational and studio requirements.
- Support new studio setup, monitor operational expenses and budgets, prepare operational reports, and respond to urgent facility issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in General Affairs, Procurement, Operations, or Facility Management; experience in studio, livestream, e-commerce, or media environments is a plus.
- Experienced in purchasing, vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management for equipment and operational needs.
- Familiar with inventory, asset, and facility management, including studio, IT, electrical, furniture, and production equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets; detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and willing to work flexible hours or travel when required.
