Job Description
- Responsible for the actual condition and care of company assets.
- Filling asset documents.
- Monitor and record the movement, addition, and reduction of company assets.
- Analyze related assets.
- Perform administrative functions on company assets.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office both excel and word.
- 2 years of experience as a GA staff.
- Honest, disciplined, thorough, responsible, communicative, and have good problem-solving skills.
- Have experience managing the procurement of goods in each department.
- Have the ability to organize, record purchases, and carry out asset maintenance assessments well.
- Able to manage a team well and work under pressure.
- Accustomed to interacting with internal and external parties.
