Job Description
- Support communication between local production teams and foreign-speaking parties (Mandarin and/or English)
- Translate documents, work instructions, reports, and verbal communication related to production activities
- Facilitate coordination in production processes, especially for technical and operational matters
- Ensure accurate, clear, and context-appropriate translations within the manufacturing environment
- Provide interpretation support during meetings, training sessions, and field activities
- Deliver messages clearly and effectively to support operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred; candidates who are fluent in English are also welcome to apply
- Relevant work experience is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the footwear industry, is a strong plus
- Possession of Mandarin or English language certification is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with a firm and assertive personality
- Able to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team
