- Memimpin operasional General Affairs di area regional.
- Mengelola dan memastikan akurasi data aset perusahaan.
- Mengawasi maintenance gedung, fasilitas, dan koordinasi dengan vendor.
- Mengontrol kebutuhan serta penggunaan consumable sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
- Memimpin, membina, dan mengembangkan tim General Affairs.
- Berkolaborasi dengan berbagai divisi untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional.
- Menjadi problem solver serta mendorong perbaikan proses operasional.
Requirements
- Minimal S1 semua jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang General Affairs atau Facility Management.
- Memahami pengelolaan aset, building maintenance, dan operasional fasilitas.
- Berpengalaman memimpin tim.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, analisis, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas apabila diperlukan.
