Job Description
The Future Leader Development Program (FLDP) is designed to prepare young professionals for leadership roles in manufacturing industry. This program provides intensive training and hands-on experience in development, operations, and team leadership to ensure the candidate is ready to take on managerial responsibilities.
- Gain insights into various departments, roles, and responsibilities, fostering a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics
- Collaborate with professionals across different departments, networking and gaining various perspectives for personal and professional growth
- Execute diverse tasks and responsibilities, working collaboratively with mentors and departments to implement theoretical knowledge in real-work scenarios
- Focus on developing adaptive skills, growing the mindset, and a continuous learning approach through regular evaluations and feedback sessions
- Specific projects assigned for each rotation with performance objectives in particular area
- In-depth understanding of footwear manufacturing process
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or have a maximum of 2-years working experience
- Proficient in English at professional level
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skill
- Good leadership & communication skill
- Motivated, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Have proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development
- Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority
- Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang (and mobile if needed)
