About the Role
Are you passionate about creating new partnerships and driving growth in the P2P lending industry? We’re seeking a Funding Executive to proactively identify and secure new financial institution partners to expand our funding network and accelerate business growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify and acquire new partnerships with banks and lending institutions to grow our P2P funding network.
- Drive the entire onboarding process for new financial institution partners, ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain funding partners, leveraging market insights.
- Track and analyze the performance of newly acquired partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay informed about trends and competitors in the P2P lending space to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in P2P lending, with a proven track record of acquiring partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the P2P lending ecosystem, including funding dynamics and partner expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for building strong partnerships.
