As a Fullstack WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability, development, and security of a WordPress-based website with complex features such as membership systems, payment integration, affiliate programs, SEO optimization, and analytics integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a WordPress website using Elementor and advanced plugins.
- Handle membership systems, including user management, payment processing, and subscription models.
- Perform regular plugin/theme updates, develop new features, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Create technical documentation and daily SOPs to streamline website operations and transitions.
- Ensure the security, stability, and regular backups of the website.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO.
- Integrate third-party tools such as payment gateways (Midtrans), affiliate platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Resolve any technical issues related to the WordPress system.
- Be prepared and actively participate in the potential future migration of the system to Laravel, supporting the transition process.

🎓 Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
🔧 Technical Skills
- Proven experience managing and developing advanced WordPress websites.
- Proficient in using plugins such as: Elementor, MemberPress, Yoast SEO, Smush, WP Hide, Pods Admin, Easy Affiliate, and Presto Player.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Familiar with Custom Post Types, Custom Fields (Pods), and Elementor-based layouts.
- Understanding of WordPress security (security plugins, server permissions, and backup tools).
- Experience managing membership systems and subscription payments (Midtrans or similar).
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting for WordPress environments.
- Proficient in website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Experienced in integrating tools like Google Analytics, affiliate systems, and tracking scripts (e.g., via HFCM or similar).
- Basic understanding of Laravel or willingness to collaborate in the future migration to Laravel.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable with creating and following technical documentation and operational SOPs.
