Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire stack — from responsive frontend interfaces to robust backend services.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to deliver end-to-end features with a seamless user experience.
- Build and integrate RESTful (or GraphQL) APIs, ensuring efficient data flow and strong system reliability.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code in both frontend (e.g., React, Vue) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, etc.) environments.
- Manage databases, server logic, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD), with an eye on performance, security, and scalability.
- Contribute to UI/UX decisions, technical architecture, and system design discussions.
- Ensure system observability, implement monitoring/logging tools, and handle bug fixing and performance tuning.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the stack to support a culture of high-quality code.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews, mentoring junior developers and continuously improving team workflows.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack or similar role (frontend + backend).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar.
- Strong backend development experience with frameworks like Express.js, Django, or similar, and working knowledge of RESTful API design.
- Solid experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and deploying to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Understanding of security, performance, and scalability concerns across both frontend and backend.
- Familiarity with testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and relevant tooling (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for building end-to-end features, taking ownership, and contributing to product and team growth.
