Job Description

Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications using Java and React.js.
Design and implement new features based on business and technical requirements.
Develop and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot.
Develop responsive, user-friendly, and maintainable frontend interfaces using React.js.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and external services.
Work with databases to implement data access, queries, and application functionality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving activities.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
Support application testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.
Collaborate with other developers, QA, product/business teams, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in software/web application development.
Strong experience in Java, preferably with Spring Boot or related backend frameworks.
Good experience developing frontend applications using React.js.
Experience in full-stack web application development using Java and React.js.
Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with frontend concepts such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive web development.
Familiarity with Git and common software development workflows.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
Open to candidates at Middle-level with strong hands-on development experience.
