Job Description
- Analyze the day-to-day operations of frozen storage, ensuring proper handling, storage, and dispatch of frozen products.
- Create & maintain Standard Operating Procedures/ Working instructions for Warehouse frozen End to End process.
- Set up & monitor Key Performance Indicators for the operational team & running project improvement to achieve the metrics.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding the needs of warehouse operational improvement such as product, supply chain, commercial, data, etc
- Implement and optimize warehouse procedures, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is functioning and that cold chain integrity is maintained.
Requirements
- Data analysis skills to have justification & give visibility with data-proven
- The problem-solving mindset to find solutions in operational end-to-end process
- Knowledge related to warehouse operational process (inbound, inventory, outbound)
- Familiar with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, Control) process for setting up project management & improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
