Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to build cohesive, user-centric web applications.
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, with a focus on reusability and maintainability.
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system interaction.
- Participate in UI/UX discussions and contribute to design systems and component libraries for consistent experiences.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, performance optimization, and adherence to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Implement and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to uphold code quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning), and continuously improve development workflows.
- Stay current with frontend trends, tools, and best practices to help drive innovation within the team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying modern web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, RESTful APIs, and state management (e.g., Redux, Vuex, Pinia).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
- Familiarity with accessibility, web security principles (OWASP Top 10, XSS, CSRF), and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for clean code, user experience, and continuous learning.
