Job Description
Website Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate visual design concepts into functional websites.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.
- Implement best practices in web development and stay updated on industry trends.
Graphic Insight:
- Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and interactive elements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with our design team to bring innovative and creative ideas to life.
- Ensure that graphic elements align with the brand identity and contribute to a cohesive and impactful website design.
Motion Design:
- Integrate motion design elements to add dynamism and interactivity to web pages.
- Utilize animation libraries and frameworks to create smooth and engaging transitions.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement motion design that enhances user engagement.
Optimization:
- Optimize website performance for speed and responsiveness.
- Conduct regular testing and debugging to identify and fix issues promptly.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
- Familiarity with motion design and animation libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experienced with ERPNext backend system.
