Job Description
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security and 5S implementation.
- Evaluate worklngflow to increase manpower productivity and service level
- Conduct daily report align with KPI
- Resolve minor field issues (e.g., mispicks, missing items)
- Check output quality: picking accuracy, packing correctness, storage order, and loading readiness
BAU Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspection for daily tasks including document administration and reporting.
- Ensure quality fresh product to delivery to hubs by specbook guiden.
- Establish food quality and safety standard to reduce wastage.
- Communicating with other team members to solve problems
- Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found
- Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes
- Report processed items, errors, attendance, and incidents
- Deliver end-of-shift brief to Junior Manager
- Enforce operational SOPs and safety standards
- Provide basic technical coaching
- Foster discipline, accuracy, and team spirit at the ground level
Team Management Responsibilities:
- Lead operators in daily activities (inbound, picking, packing, etc.)
- Delegate tasks and ensure targets are met in quality and speed
- Handle team attendance and shift rosters
- Manage shift rolling and provide backup for manpower shortages
- Ensure team performance during the shift
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in quality assurance / quality control in FMCG product, with 1 years in lead level.
- Expert in food safety, GMP & cold chain management.
- Problem solver in the filed, strong attention to detail.
- Have good warehouse practices. and distribution practices.
- Excellence in leadership, communication, cost-concious, people development & plan executions.
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office / G-suite (especially Ms. Excel / Google sheet formula and Google slide).
- Experienced in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of owne
rship.
