Job Description
Your Role as an HRVM. As the frontliner of Kompeten, you will:
- Engage directly with clients at their locations to observe and understand HR conditions.
- Identify key HR challenges and recommend strategic, actionable solutions.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.30, preferably majoring in Management, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resources or Human Resource roles
- Understand or familiar with all / most HR Functions
- Basic interview and candidate screening skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent computer literacy, especially Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Exceptional analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A solution-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building capabilitie
