Job Description
- Ability to work with a large number of job applications and interview on a daily basis; preferably have experience in massive recruitment (Online Massive Hiring and Offline Massive Hiring)
- Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
- Ability to conduct end-to-end massive hiring for Operations roles
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang and Jakarta Selatan
- Preferably can join immediately
