Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (freelance, in-house, or agency) – experience in tech, media, or OTT industries is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and talent landscape.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to work with hybrid working arrangement.
